- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 8 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Stir in corn, sausage, egg and oil.

3Turn into greased 1-quart glass baking dish.

4Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

5Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, grated.

6Bake 5 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yields 4 servings.
