- 2 c. (1 lb.) cooked, crumbled sausage
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. Ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1 pkg. fresh or frozen won ton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers cut in fourths)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blot sausage dry with paper towels and combine with cheeses, dressing and olives.

3Lightly grease a mini (or regular) muffin tin and press one wrapper in each cup. Lightly spray with Pam.

4Bake 5 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from tins; place on a baking sheet.

5Fill with sausage mixture.

6Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.

7Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
