  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 12 teaspoon dried sage
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 12 teaspoon light brown sugar

Directions

    Preheat broiler.

    Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with orange juice, sage, salt and pepper.

    In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, marmalade, and brown sugar.

    Brush the chops with half of the maple mixture and broil 6 inches from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Turn the chops over and brush with the remaining maple mixture.

    Broil for 3 more minutes or until just cooked through.
