- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 12 teaspoon dried sage
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 12 teaspoon light brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with orange juice, sage, salt and pepper.

3In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, marmalade, and brown sugar.

4Brush the chops with half of the maple mixture and broil 6 inches from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.

5Turn the chops over and brush with the remaining maple mixture.

6Broil for 3 more minutes or until just cooked through.
