Sausage Strada

Directions

   Break 4 slices of bread into pieces in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

   Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over bread.

   Cook sausage and drain.

   Sprinkle over bread and then spread cheese over sausage.

   Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.

   Pour over all.

   Leave all night in refrigerator.

   Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 minutes.
