Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breakfast sausage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, chopped
- 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 cups fat free chicken broth or 2 cups water
- 2 (10 ounce) boxes herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
Directions

1In a skillet, brown links until no longer pink.

2Remove from pan, cool so that you can slice into bite size pieces.

3Add olive oil to skillet along with onion, celery, parsley and garlic.

4Stir and cook until the vegetables begin to soften.

5Add chicken broth , stir and add stuffin mix.

6Stir and mix until the liquid is absorbed.

7Cover and let rest a few minutes.

8Put the stuffing mix In a greased 9 x 13 baking pan .

9Bake 350 for about 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
