  • 1 lb. Polish sausage
  • 4 to 6 boiled potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion
  • brown sugar (1/8 c. or to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • flour

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until soft.

    Add broth, cut up sausage, vinegar, potatoes and sugar.

    Simmer about 15 minutes.

    Add flour to thicken.

    Cook to desired consistency.
