- 1 lb sausage
- 8 ounces puff pastry
- 1 egg

1Preheat oven to 450F/Mark 8.

2Grill or fry sausages for about 6 minutes, until partially cooked.

3Allow to cool.

4Roll out pastry until wafer thin.

5Cut into strips and roll round the sausages.

6Put on a baking tray.

7Brush with beaten egg.

8Bake for 15 minutes towards top of oven.

9Reduce heat after 7-8 minutes if necessary.

10Serve with mustar.
