- 6 carrots
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Place carrots, salt, pepper and water in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook on high until steam rises from the lid.

2Then reduce to low for 10 to 15 minutes.

3Drain well and roll carrots in bread crumbs and saute in skillet with butter until lightly browned.
