  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1 lemon, squeezed

Directions

    Over medium heat, melt the butter and add the smashed garlic clove. Throw in the spinach, and turn the heat down. Saute for 3-5 minutes until wilted.

    Turn off the heat and finish with a generous seasoning of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon.
