Sauted Broccoli

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 3 - 4 cups broccoli flowerettes
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Directions

    In a saute pan heat the oil and mustard
  2. 2
    add the broccoli and saute for 4 - 5 minutes, mixing with the oil / mustard well, until just tender
  3. 3
    Just before removing the broccoli from the pan add the vinegar, mix well and serve
