Sauted Rainbow Chard

- 1 med chopped onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- large bunch of rainbow kale
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- duck crackle or slice of diced bacon
- a splash of dry white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1heat oil over medium heat in a heavy pan add duck or bacon and crisp.

2add onion and saute until translucent and add garlic and saute of a minute or two.

3add kale and let it wilt and add wine to help the wilting.

4salt and pepper to taste and add the lemon juice.

5Serve hot.
