- 1 large head cabbage
- 4-6 Tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
Directions

1Cut cabbage into quarters, removing outer dark green leaves and core.

2Rinse cabbage with cold water and drain.

3In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

4Add damp cabbage and toss to coat.

5Add salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Cover skillet and simmer 7 to 10 minutes or until

6crisp-tender.

7Add extra flavor by adding 3 to 4 slices of bacon, chopped, to butter and cook until done.
