Sauteed Cabbage And Beans

- 1/2 package vegetables julienned
- olive oil as needed
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 smoked sausage farinheira
- 1 cup green beans
Directions

1Begin by blanching the vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and drain.

2In the same pan, heat 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add chopped garlic, and saute slightly.

3Remove sausage from skin, and undo sausage meat with a fork.

4Add to pan.

5Add the drained vegetables, stir, and cook for a few minutes.

6Finally, add the beans, gently mix, and simmer until beans are warm.

7Do not stir too much so that the beans don't crumble.

8Serve warm.
