- 3 to 4 salmon steaks
- 1/3 c. stuffed Spanish olives
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- black pepper
Directions

1Pour half the oil into a large skillet to coat bottom.

2Place salmon in pan.

3Pour remaining oil over top and add onion, olives and pepper.

4Saute about 15 minutes, covered.

5Serve alongside boiled potatoes, yucca or rice.
