  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 c. dried seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 fresh flounder fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. baby carrots
  • 1/4 lb. snow peas
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

    Beat egg in shallow bowl.

    In second bowl, mix bread crumbs and sesame seed.

    Dip fillets into egg, then coat with crumb mixture.

    Heat oil in skillet.
