- 2 fresh flounder fillets
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. baby carrots
- 1/4 lb. snow peas
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Beat egg in shallow bowl.

2In second bowl, mix bread crumbs and sesame seed.

3Dip fillets into egg, then coat with crumb mixture.

4Heat oil in skillet.
