- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 lbs grape tomatoes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, chives, tarragon)
