Sauteed Veal Strips

- 3 bay leaves
- 1/4 c. extra virgin flavorful olive oil
- 1 lb. veal cutlets, cut into 1/2 strips
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Saute bay leaves in oil for 1 minute.

2Add veal strips and cook over high heat for 3 minutes, turning several times.

3Add lemon juice, pepper and parsley.

4Toss with veal and cook for 3 to 5 minutes more.

5Remove bay leaves and serve at once.
