  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled, cleaned and cooked
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 1/5 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/5 tsp. ground mace
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Finely chop shrimp in a food processor.

    Add other ingredients, except salt and pepper.

    Process until smooth. Season to taste.

    Pack into a small bowl or crock.
