- 1 lb. large limas
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 c. water (bean water)
Directions

1Soak beans overnight.

2Cook for 1 hour after coming to a boil. Drain and save water.

3Add sugar, mustard and soup, then fry bacon.

4Add fat and bacon to bean mix.

5Bake 2 hours in a 300° oven.

6Let stand.
