  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (healthy request)
  • 14 cup nonfat milk
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Coat 9x13 baking dish with Pam.

    Place chicken breast in 9x13 baking dish.

    Season chicken with ground black pepper.

    Place a slice of swiss cheese on top of each breast.

    Mix together soup and milk and pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and then drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake covered in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

    Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes or until golden brown.
