Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Weight Watchers cream cheese
  • 5 Tbsp. diet oleo, melted
  • 10 oz. chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. onion or chives
  • 1 Tbsp. pimiento (optional)
  • 8 oz. pkg. crescent dinner rolls or Hungry jack
  • 1 oz. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tsp. melted oleo

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blend cream cheese and 5 tablespoons oleo.

    Add all but the last three ingredients and mix well. Separate dinner rolls into 4 rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture onto center of rectangle.

    Pull 4 corners together and seal.

    Brush with 3 teaspoons oleo and dip into bread crumbs.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets.
