- 5 cm Chinese yam (nagaimo)
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 Okra
- 4 leaves Cabbage
- 4 thumbtip-sized pieces of ginger Ginger
- 1/2 onion Grated onion
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
