  • 1 small onion
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tbsp butter
