- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon or 3 bouillon cubes
- 1 (16 oz.) bag cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
Directions

1In large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

2Add water and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

3Add celery mixture; mix well.

4Stuff chicken or turkey loosely, or place in greased baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until hot.
