  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1 cup red onion Chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes Dried
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 cup couscous Uncooked

Directions

    Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 1 minute or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add water, parsley, seasoned salt, sage and thyme. Increase heat to high; bring to a boil.

    Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork before serving.
