Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower; 1 cup flour; 2 eggs; 2 teaspoons salt; 1 teaspoon turmeric; 1 teaspoon cumin; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 teaspoon spice ground, mixture, optional; 1 onion sliced into small pieces; 1 cup parsley slice; 2 cloves garlic sliced into small pieces; 1 glass water; corn oil

1 head cauliflower
1 cup flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon spice ground, mixture, optional
1 onion sliced into small pieces
1 cup parsley slice
2 cloves garlic sliced into small pieces
1 glass water
corn oil

Directions

Mix the eggs with the flour in a large or medium sized bowl. Add a glass of water and the salt to the bowl. Add the cumin, cinnamon, ground spice mixture, parsley, garlic and onions to the bowl. Mix the ingredients well until the mixture becomes pasty.

Cut the cauliflower into several pieces and boil the cauliflower pieces in water until the cauliflower becomes moderately tender.

Once the cauliflower pieces are ready, dip the cauliflower pieces (one at a time) into the mixture and fry the cauliflower in a deep frying pan with corn oil.
