- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon)
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Spread cheese in dish and dot with butter.

3Combine cream, salt, pepper and mustard.

4Pour 1/2 mixture over cheese.

5Pour in eggs. Add remaining cream mixture.

6Bake 25 minutes.

7May add mushrooms, ham, broccoli, bacon, etc.
