- 2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 tsp. wet brown mustard
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, freshly snipped or flakes
- 12 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Put cheese on bottom of 3-quart baking dish.

2Put butter around on cheese.

3Combine half and half, salt, pepper, mustard and parsley.

4Pour 1/2 of this mixture over cheese and butter. Add eggs and the rest of the half and half mixture by spoon over eggs.

5Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
