  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. finely chopped ham
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped dill
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • poppy seed
  • paprika

Directions

    Sift flour into a bowl and rub in the butter or margarine until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Work in cream cheese and chill overnight.

    Mix ham with the dill and Worcestershire sauce. Preheat oven to 400°.

    Lightly grease several baking sheets. Divide dough into even number of pieces; the foldovers can be small or large.

    Roll out each piece on a well floured surface and cut out a circle with a cookie cutter.

    Spread each circle with filling and fold over to make half circle. Sprinkle with poppy seed or paprika.

    The foldovers may be shaped in advance and kept chilled until ready to bake. Serve hot or cold.
