- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 2 oz. finely chopped ham
- 1/2 tsp. chopped dill
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- poppy seed
- paprika
Directions

1Sift flour into a bowl and rub in the butter or margarine until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Work in cream cheese and chill overnight.

2Mix ham with the dill and Worcestershire sauce. Preheat oven to 400°.

3Lightly grease several baking sheets. Divide dough into even number of pieces; the foldovers can be small or large.

4Roll out each piece on a well floured surface and cut out a circle with a cookie cutter.

5Spread each circle with filling and fold over to make half circle. Sprinkle with poppy seed or paprika.

6The foldovers may be shaped in advance and kept chilled until ready to bake. Serve hot or cold.
