  • 1 12 lbs fish fillets
  • 12 cup apple juice
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoon dried savory or 12 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • lemon (optional)

Directions

    Arrange fish fillets in single layer in ungreased 2-quart baking dish.

    In small bowl, combine apple juice, lemon juice, garlic and savory or thyme; pour over fish.

    Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 to 4 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.

    Remove fish from marinade.

    Arrange on broiler pan.

    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with marinade.

    Discard any remaining marinade.

    Garnish with lemon.
