  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 pounds)

    In a shallow dish, combine the first 7 ingredients; add the steak and turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

    Drain and discard marinade. lightly oil the grill rack. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until steak reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).

    To serve, thinly slice across the grain.
