- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. diced cooked vegetables (fresh or leftover carrots, potatoes, peas, corn or celery)
- 2 c. diced cooked meat (beef, lamb, veal)
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. well seasoned gravy, thinned with vegetable juices from cooking
- pie crust
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper.

2Combine in 2-quart baking dish lined with pie crust.

3Add meat, vegetables and gravy.

4Heat at 425° for 15 minutes.

5Cover with pie crust.

6Cut slits in top for steam to escape.

7Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
