- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1 slice bread (crumbs)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs and salt.

2Shape into about 20 small meatballs.

3Brown meatballs in cooking oil in skillet.

4Add soup, water, peas and 1/2 teaspoon

5salt.

6Bring to boil.

7Stir in rice.

8Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.

9Makes 5 to 6 servings.
