Ingredients
- 4 large loin pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- green onion
Directions

1Mix flour, seasoned salt, pepper and mustard.

2Coat chops on both sides with mixture.

3Heat a little oil in medium skillet with cover.

4Brown chops well on both sides over medium heat.

5Pour off any excess fat.

6Mix water, soy sauce, ketchup and marmalade. Pour over chops.

7Cover.

8Cook slowly for 20 minutes or until chops are tender, turning once.

9Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

10Recipe may be halved or doubled.

11Good served with parslied potatoes and steamed broccoli.

12Preparation: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
