- 1 lb. scallops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (garnish)
Directions

1Pat dry scallops with paper towel.

2Place in greased pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3Top with mushrooms; drizzle with 1/4 cup butter.

4Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter with bread crumbs.

5Sprinkle over mushrooms.

6Broil in preheated broiler 6 inches from heat until scallops are opaque, 10 to 12 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
