- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
Directions

1Melt margarine in large skillet on low heat.

2Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk and seasonings with wire whisk until well blended.

3Add to skillet.

4Cook until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally.

5Add cream cheese; continue cooking until cream cheese is melted and egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally.

6Serve with toast slices, if desired.
