- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2-3 tsp. bottled roasted garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- several dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce
- 11 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
Directions

1Cook spinach.

2Drain well; press out excess liquid.

3In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

4Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and heated through.

5Stir in spinach.

6Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
