- 4 small to medium zucchini
- 1/4 lb. pork sausage
- Stove Top stuffing canister (4 c. serving size)
Directions

1Wash and cut squash lengthwise.

2Scoop out center to 1/4-inch of edge.

3Place in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes; remove and drain.

4Fry sausage and drain well.

5Mix stuffing according to directions.

6Let sit and then mix sausage with dressing.

7Spoon mixture into squash.

8Place in baking pan.

9Place enough water in pan to cover bottom.

10Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
