  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin

Directions

    Combine tomato juice, onion, Italian seasoning and gelatin in small saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
