Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 to 2/3 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes, drained (reserve liquid)
Directions

1Stir together flour, baking powder, salts, oregano, sugar and cheeses.

2Add enough milk to drained tomato liquid to make 2/3 cup.

3Blend liquid with eggs and oil.

4Stir liquid and chopped tomatoes into flour mixture until thoroughly moistened.

5Pour batter into greased loaf pan.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 75 to 80 minutes.

7If bread is brown before baking time is complete, cover with a foil tent.

8Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn onto wire rack and cool thoroughly.
