- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 8 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Directions

1Cook celery and onion in butter till tender but not brown.

3Add remaining ingredients, except bacon; cook and stir until slightly thick.

4Reduce heat; cook slowly 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
