  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cans tuna

Directions

    Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs and seasonings in mixing bowl; blend together.

    Add tuna; mix thoroughly.

    Turn into foil-lined loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch).

    Bake in 375° oven for 1 hour.

    Turn loaf onto platter; remove foil.

    (Turn right side up onto another platter.)

    Garnish with lemon slices.
