  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 8 hot crepes

    To use food processor:

    Place slicing blade in processor. Slice mushrooms using food pusher to push food through chute, then stand celery stalks, green pepper half and wedge of onion in food chute.

    Push through with pusher.

    Remove slicing disc.

    Replace with shredding disc with sliced vegetables still in food container.

    Push through, shredding.

    Remove all vegetables to skillet to cook.

    Cook vegetables and sugar in butter in covered skillet over low heat until veggies are tender.

    Stir in lemon juice.
