  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T cold milk

Spoon the butter into the flour well and draw in flour little by little. Work dough delicately until it has a grainy texture. Add the milk gently with fingertips until the dough holds together. Knead the dough 4 - 6 times, wrap in plastic and refridgerate 30 min.","2":"On a lightly floured survace, roll out the pastry to fit pan. Lightly press into bottom and sides of pan, trim excess.
