- 1/2 lb. ground Pork Sausage
- 1/4 c. Butter or Margarine
- 1/3 c. all purpose Flour
- 3 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. dried Italian Seasoning
Directions

1Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles, and is no longer pink.

2Remove sausage, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Melt butter with drippings in skillet over low heat.

3Whisk in flour until smooth.

4Cook, whisking constantly, for 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk and cook, whisking constantly, over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

5Stir in sausage, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
