- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook sausage until brown in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of the drippings in skillet. Blend in flour; brown, stirring constantly.

2Add milk.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce flame.

5Add sausage, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, about 2 to 3 minutes.

6Serve over hot biscuits.
