Scallion Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 to 3/4 can black olives, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    In bowl, mix first 3 ingredients well; add olives and mix again.

    Chill for 10 minutes.

    Remove and roll into ball.

    Roll onto chopped nuts.

    Place back in fridge for 1/2 hour or so. Serve with crackers.
