- 2 scallions
- 300 ml scallion broth
- 5 eggs
- 350 ml milk, 3%
- 300 g smoked ham
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Slice the scallions into thick rings.

2Cook until it softens some (5 min).

3Take 3 dl of the broth, mix with eggs and milk.

4Add salt and pepper as you like.

5Dice the ham, mix with scallion and put it.

6into a oven proof pan.

7Pour the egg mix into the pan ontil it covers.

9Bake in oven for about 30 minute at 175-200 degres.

10Serve with cooked potato.
