  • 2 scallions
  • 300 ml scallion broth
  • 5 eggs
  • 350 ml milk, 3%
  • 300 g smoked ham
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Slice the scallions into thick rings.

    Cook until it softens some (5 min).

    Take 3 dl of the broth, mix with eggs and milk.

    Add salt and pepper as you like.

    Dice the ham, mix with scallion and put it.

    into a oven proof pan.

    Pour the egg mix into the pan ontil it covers.

    all of it.

    Bake in oven for about 30 minute at 175-200 degres.

    Serve with cooked potato.
