Scallop Chicken

  • 1 large fryer
  • 1 regular size bag herb stuffing
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped

Directions

    Boil chicken until tender. Remove skin and bones.

    Set aside. Mix onion, celery and stuffing with this.

    Make layer in a baking pan, then a layer of chicken meat.

    Alternate layers until all meat and stuffing are used.

    Bring broth to a boil.

    Using at least 1 quart, pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes in a 375° oven.
