- 1 large fryer
- 1 regular size bag herb stuffing
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender. Remove skin and bones.

2Set aside. Mix onion, celery and stuffing with this.

3Make layer in a baking pan, then a layer of chicken meat.

4Alternate layers until all meat and stuffing are used.

5Bring broth to a boil.

6Using at least 1 quart, pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes in a 375° oven.
