- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onions, sprinkled with garlic, in butter.

2Remove from pan.

3Saute scallops in same butter, sprinkled with Worcestershire sauce and sugar.

4Mix onion, scallops and two milks and heat slowly.

5Add pepper and a pat of butter.
